Indian Nations Camp No. 3

The Sons of Union Veterans of the Civil War is a fraternal organization dedicated to preserving the history and legacy of heroes who fought and worked to save the Union. Organized in 1881 and chartered by Congress in 1954, we are the legal successor to the Grand Army of the Republic.
The National Organization of the SUVCW oversees the operation of twenty six state and regional Departments, and over two hundred community based Camps. The SUVCW Headquarters is located in the National Civil War Museum in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Our modern day mission is historic, ceremonial, and commemorative. Guests are welcome to attend Tulsa area special events and our monthly meetings which are held at 6:30 p.m. on the fourth Thursday of each month (except November and December). For questions about the SUVCW or more information about Indian Nations Camp No. 3, please email Mike Rusk or use our Contact Form. For those who live outside of northeastern Oklahoma, please contact the Oklahoma State Department SUVCW, or the National SUVCW for a camp near you. |
